Andy Warhol and Russian Art

Eleven exhibition halls traced the creative evolution of Andy Warhol.

For this show, the ‘Sevkabel’ space was transformed into a full-blown labyrinth. Around each corner, visitors were greeted by unexpected textures: walls draped in pink fur, or wrapped in silver foil, or covered in sequin fabric that changed color at the slightest touch.

These wildly different rooms, each bursting with pop-art energy, needed to be brought together through lighting and woven into a single narrative without compromising the individuality of each piece or space.
