Punk: Korol i Shut

The exhibition ‘Punk: Korol i Shut’ took over two halls at the Winzavod Gallery. The White Hall chronicled punk’s global roots and its eventual arrival in the Soviet Union. The Red Hall focused on ‘Korol i Shut’, a legendary punk band that upended Russia’s music scene.

Punk has always stood in defiance of convention. We embraced that spirit through light—chaotic, asymmetrical, full of sharp contrasts and color clashes. The result was a visual expression of rebellion, an angry push toward freedom and a new world.
