Veronika Berezina, founder of NIKA Project Space, has opened a second gallery — NIKA Gallery — in the Komunuma art district in Romainville, a northeastern suburb of Paris.
The gallery’s inaugural exhibition was Sour Things by Palestinian artist Mirna Bamieh.
For the new space, a flexible lighting system was developed using the latest ERCO technology. It combines ambient floodlighting with targeted accent lighting, a method widely used in European museums and galleries. This approach creates soft contrasts within the exhibition halls and subtly highlights the artworks on display.
