The exhibition showcased a remarkable selection of artworks from the collection of Fondation Louis Vuitton, featuring masterpieces by prominent artists such as Alberto Giacometti, Yves Klein, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Gerhard Richter, Christian Boltanski, Marina Abramović, Maurizio Cattelan, and others. The ambitious show occupied all three floors of the Gallery of 19th and 20th Century European and American Art. With a diverse range of 65 works, the exhibition encompassed various mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, video, and installation.
Members of our team played an important role in the technical adaptation of the video installations, which constituted a large part of the Foundation’s collection. Additionally, we developed a multimedia information area that provided historical background and context for the collection. One of the notable challenges we encountered was the production of the exhibition within the confines of a historical building, adding an extra layer of complexity to the project.
